Many travelers feel that a vacation is a significant financial investment,
and it is vital to protect your trip and yourself. There are certain
circumstances that could arise at the last moment causing you not
to travel. There may also be situations arising at your destination
that can be inconvenient and costly. Grad Week INCLUDES
the basic Benefit Plan* for every passenger. We also recommend that
you purchase the additional Optional Benefits* to give you that extra
comfort level.
*Please review the Evidence of Benefits for the complete terms.
Conditions, limits and exclusions of your plan.
As a courtesy, the optional Grad Week Protection Plan is
automatically added to your account. The cost of the plan is calculated
based upon the total cost of your trip and is separately identified
on your invoice. Grad Week highly recommends the purchase
of "Optional Travel Insurance" to protect your investment
in your graduation trip. This plan, administered by Travel Insured
International, will reimburse you if you have to cancel your reservation
due to a medical situation. The added benefits also cover trip interruption
or delays, and lost or delayed luggage. Should you wish to decline
the coverage and take full financial responsibility, simply indicate
so in writing to our office prior to March 1 of the year you are
traveling. Coverage does not start until date of purchase.
If you have questions about the benefits of The Grad Week
Protection Plan, please call our plan administrator, Travel Insured

a Grad Week passenger.
Grad Week's Policy on Coverage
Because unforeseen circumstances occur, it is wise to protect
your money in case of a need to cancel your trip arising from an
emergency such as illness or death in the immediate family. The majority
of travelers invest in the small premium to have the comfort and
security of insurance protection. Grad Week will include the cost ($29-$99 depending on the price
of your tour program) of the optional cancellation insurance (offered
by Travel Insured International) on your invoice as a courtesy to
you. If you do not want the insurance coverage, you may note that
on the return portion of the invoice by checking the denial box and
the premium will be removed from your invoice. You must do this prior
to final payment date. If the participant chooses to deny coverage,
he/she will assume full financial responsibility for the cost of
the travel package price and will hold Grad Week harmless for any losses
due to cancellation, lost or stolen baggage, delays or any other
unforeseen circumstances. If you do not deny the insurance, the coverage
will be activated after your next payment over $150.00. An insurance
brochure outlining all the coverage and limitations will be sent.
